Each day you can join us and the other guests for dinner at our table d’hôtes. The evenings start off with an aperitif and a series of homemade appetizers served in the magical evening light on the terrace, or in the cosy lounge. In addition to the classic aperitifs you can choose from our homemade “vin de noix”, “vin d'oranges" or Kirr with elderflower syrup.
Following the aperitif is the gastronomic three-course dinner prepared with fresh seasonal products obtained from local farmers and organically grown if available. The fruits, vegetables, green herbs and aromatic herbs grown by Miet in our garden add sparkling freshness and quality. Combining modern and classic cooking with Mediterranean accents and cross-over influences, Pol uses these ingredients to create menus where the focus is on the expression of the quality of the ingredients. Dinner is accompanied by wines from local winegrowers (the Languedoc is not far from here…)
In the mornings we will treat you to an elaborate continental breakfast including fresh fruit juice, breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, organic yoghurt, a rich assortment of regional cheese, different types of artisan bread (often homemade), and an abundant variety of homemade jam.
